At US Auto Records, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds Once Reports Are Delivered
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a Vehicle History Report has been successfully generated and delivered to the customer.
When Refunds Are Allowed
A refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- If you did not receive the report you ordered.
- If there is a technical issue on our end that prevents delivery of your report.
Non-Refundable Situations
- You change your mind after purchase.
- You ordered the wrong VIN or provided incorrect information.
- You are dissatisfied with the contents of the report once delivered (as all data is sourced from third-party databases and provided “as is”).
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team at support@usautorecords.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, VIN, and a description of the issue.
